Excellent location and the room was very comfortable with working air conditioning , hot water for showering and comfortable beds. The hotel felt very safe as they had a security guard on site and good parking within hotel premises. Our room had an ocean view and there was a terrace with tables and chairs where guests could sit outside and enjoy the view from. The only suggestion is to upgrade the TVs as they are not smart TVs. We were disappointed we couldn’t watch Netflix or other streaming service. Other than that, thank you, we would stay here again. PS We dined at Pasta y Basta, an amazing authentic Italian restaurant just a 2 minute walk down the street.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, which made my visit comfortable and relaxing. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. I truly appreciated the great service and welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

Our room sink pipe busted and it smelled terrible. They were able to accommodate us in another room. We had to park our car in a different place walking distance from hotel. Parking had security but I would of had preferred to park by my room within the hotel. Overall our stay was an 8 out of a 10

Ocean view is viewable in some spots. There’s another hotel the street that blocks the full view but it’s okay. The only downside is that there’s no desk inside the suite so if you want to eat in your hotel room there’s no where. Only if your room is on the second floor which have patio tables.

No pudimos llegar debido a los cierres de carretera que se dieron . El mismo gobierno sugirió que si no era necesario no andar en la carretera. Se quedarán en casa. Y eso no lo entendió el hotel. Acepto que me multarán con una noche. Pero hubieran sido más nobles con los otros días. Podrían dar un crédito para una próxima estancia. Muy cerrados de mente.

El personal del lobby muy amables, en general la mayoría del personal super amable. Mi única queja fue las señoras del aseo conversando casi gritando afuera del cuarto a las 7am pero en general buena estadía. Cómo mencionan algunos comentarios este no es un hotel familiar o si van con familia no toquen la tele.
