"I don’t even know where to begin! From the moment we checked in, our experience was amazing. The gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He personally walked us around the property, showed us where everything was, took us to the restaurant, and even helped us bring all of our belongings to our room.
The hotel exceeded all of my expectations. Everything was spotless and incredibly clean. Anytime we needed our room cleaned or requested anything for our room, it was taken care of promptly. The valet service was also wonderful—if I needed anything from my car, they gladly retrieved it for me.
The food was absolutely amazing, but what made our stay truly unforgettable was how special they made my daughter feel on her birthday. During dinner, there was a pianist playing, and after learning it was her birthday, he played a special birthday song for her. The staff also surprised her with a complimentary cake. It was such a thoughtful and beautiful gesture that made her feel incredibly special.
