Man hat's Überlebt!!

Abgesehen von der Info Wärmepumpe Funktioniert nicht Richtig, man kann aber Fußbodenheizung im Bad, Wohn-und Küchenbereich Zuschalten geht auch nur wenn im Wohn-und Küchenbereich die Heizung vorhanden ist, ansonsten bleibt's da eben Kalt!! Sauberkeit war ( Kaffefilter voll mit Altkaffee und Schimmelbesatz, Bratröhre voller Bratabfall auf dem Blech, Abzughaube ist das Altöl Runtergetropft, etc ) , na ja, auch vorhanden. Bei zwei Geburtstagsfeiern mal ein Schnaps, muß dann aus Trinkgläsern getrunken werden weil kein Schnapsglas da, geht ja auch. Zum Frühstück Eier aus der Hand weil keine Eierbecher da. Für 8 Personen Schlafplatz aber kein Kochtopf grösser als 3l Inhalt, nimmt man halt 3 Töpfe für 6 Personensuppe, geht ja auch. Letztendlich also kaum Weiter zu Empfehlen.

Klein und gemütlich

Das Haus ist schön und gemütlich, aber doch recht klein und die Zimmer beengt. Die Terrasse und Küchenausstattung sehr gut. Ein Bad/ Toilette mehr bei 6 Personen wäre oft schön gewesen. Für 8 Personen würde ich das Haus nicht buchen.

Fint sommerhus til stor familie

Super veludnyttet sommerhus med mange muligheder for overnatning. Dejlig terrasse med overdækket spisebord / sted. Panorama mod natur og mulighed for gåtur i nærliggende, lille skov. Indkøbsmuligheder enten lokalt i Tikøb eller tæt på i nærheden af Hornbæk (alt i køreafstand med bil). Stille og fredeligt område. I betragtning af prisen, havde vi nok forventet en lidt højere standard både hvad angår indretning, møblering og kvalitet. F.eks. var køkkenet noget slidt, og udendørs spisebord var vakkelvornet pga. råd i bordpladen (vær obs. på dette, så ingen kommer til skade!). Fotos på Vrbo's side gav indtryk af, at der var en tilhørende sø ikke langt fra selve huset - men man skulle gå et stykke for at få at komme til en sø.
