"OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. "Hotel room clean and comfortable nice facilities in room microwave fridge to cook make food so you dont have to eat out. Very shocking comments made by staff member ran out of toilet roll 1 night and rang phone number asked for more went downstairs to pick up more and got threatened by staff member that if you ring them again they are going to throw us out absolutely disgusting behaviour so if you stay at this guest house makesure you ask for what you need in the day and not at night as you get threatened to get chucked out."
