Just left Tilghman Island Inn after a a girl's trip stay. We had the best time. The grounds are beautiful, the room was cleam, bed was comfortable, the pool was so nice, and the morning pastries are delicious. We only wished we had a refrigerator in the room BUT it didn't really matter too much since we were close to the lounge and it was not a busy week. We would recommend this place to anyone and plan to come back again at some point.

Nice spot with access to downtown St Michaels. The only unfortunate part of our stay was the restaurant was closed for renovations. Staff was kind and helpful during our stay and the room was very clean. Property right on the canal; so perfect for boaters too!! Also- dog friendly, we appreciated the accommodations for us and our pup.

Many thanks to Tom and his staff for a wonderful and relaxing visit this past weekend to the Tilghman Island Inn. The property was idyllic and quiet and so relaxing that we spent more idle time on the property than we expected. We will certainly visit this property again in the future.

The Inn is quite charming! Easy to find, great location off the water, and near restaurants. The staff was absolutely lovely and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and clean. Would stay there again in warmer weather to enjoy the restaurant and patio!

It was a great spot though i wish we had found it sooner. When we stayed in May they had only just sold the property abd the new owners decided not to open the restaurant. This was mentioned on reserving it but should have been more prominent. But the staff was exceptionally nice, even with us getting in way past the normal check in time. Even though we got there clise to 11 pm due to traffic tobthe island there was stil someone to let us in.

The hotel is between owners and is not staffed nor does it have any services.We have stayed before and love the quiet location on the water.Room was fine and we loved the quiet getaway as always. The hotel should be discounted off rack rates during this transition.

We've been here twice before and everything was excellent. This time it was new owners and sad to say, it wasn't excellent. There were a lot of little dead bugs on the window sill and a long hair on the tub (I have short hair). The lamps by the bed wouldn't light up a closet much less the room. The blinds on the door and window had to be adjusted manually (no twirl stick) and at that, they didn't close completely. They have a lounge/restaurant but it wasn't open. On the dock there wasn't a life preserver (heaven forbid anyone fell in). The two bright spots were George and Christos. They were great. Sad to say, I'm not sure if we'll be back.

We have enjoyed previous stays at this property and have always had positive experiences; however, our most recent visit did not meet the same standard. The hotel recently transitioned to new ownership approximately one month ago, and several changes have impacted the overall guest experience. At present, there is no restaurant, bar, or on-site amenities available beyond the pool. Additionally, features that previously enhanced the atmosphere—such as the fire pits and bistro lighting—were not in use during our stay. For travelers seeking a quiet and comfortable place to rest, the hotel still serves that purpose well. However, for guests looking to spend time on-site and enjoy a full range of amenities, this property may currently fall short of expectations.
