We didn't meet anyone host wise...everything is electronic. Be advised that the door locks itself at checkout time...make sue you are on the correct side of the door when it does. Location is excellent. Dog seemed to like it (lots of walks). Only weird part is the apartment above this one has a faucet to wash sand off...which splashed down right in front of the door to this appartment.

Great spot in Oceanside! Super easy check in although a heads up that there isn't cell service would have been helpful. We had to drive back to Tillamook to get signal to download the check in instructions. The unit is comfortable and had everything we needed.

The room upstairs was extremely loud, like they were stomping around constantly. I was woken up at 4:00am one morning and 3:40 the next. Horrible
