“Very disappointing experience at Zephyr Ifrane.
We stayed one week in a two bedroom suite with our family and the apartment was completely invaded by ants everywhere: kitchen, bathroom, living room and even the beds, which made it impossible to sleep. A chemical treatment was applied once but the ants returned the next day even worse.
Housekeeping was almost nonexistent. Our suite was cleaned only once during the entire week and we constantly had to ask for basic items. For a family of five we……

“The property is well located in a very nice area outside of Ifrane, with many amenities including outdoor and indoor pools, recreational areas, and nice restaurants. Unfortunately, during our stay in May, many of these facilities were closed or not operating.
The landscaping of the property was not very well maintained, and some of the units appeared abandoned, perhaps because it was outside the high season.
