「The staff is friendly and helpful. The first floor bed room is beautiful. The bed is so plush and comfortable that I had two of the best nights sleep in a long time. The carpet needs replaced due to it buckling. Overall a very pleasant stay. 」

「I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. They were either very anxious or seemed to want to sleep. They almost left my driver's license in his copier and almost prevented me from boarding the plane. It's horrific, kind of unbelievable. The living conditions and environment are acceptable, and the price of the room I booked is quite...
