“Went to bed early for as I had an early flight. Got woke up by someone in parking lot wandering around our car. Got woke up again later by someone pounding on our door and standing outside our room. Called the front desk and they advised they would send someone right away. Not a restful or stress-free stay.”

“Room had no working heat other than a plug in small heater that ran all night long when the temp outside was -18 it could not get the room temp over 58F. I just had surgery and needed the room for the night because the hospital couldn’t keep me due to lack of beds. The glass on the front windows was busted and a piece of wood was in its place which allowed cold wind inside. The room has dust all over the floor.
