The room was nice and big , super clean . We even had a kitchen in the room , mini bar prices are very reasonable. The staff is very accommodating. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes away from downtown by walking. We loved it ! Highly recommend.

Incredible value for this comfortable apartment hotel complete with kitchen, clothes washer, and sitting room, all new and spotlessly clean. Easy walking distance to the city center.

Very nice hotel

I was so impressed about the size of the rooms. I spent 2 nights in a room and after my father left the hotel I moved for another night in another very big room. Huge rooms… and very clean. All the staff very friendly. I will come back here again next week! Thank you

Disappointing experience

Air conditioning not functioning in the room - had to stay in almost 30C. Unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. Breakfast was consisting of grilled sandwiches every morning, no other options.

Not my best choice

We had to call to let us in because the door was locked. When we went inside we found our keys on the counter with our names on them. Then we could not figure out the elevator so we had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs. We also could not figure out the air conditioning for a while. Finally we found the remote and turn the air on. Breakfast was included but we had no idea. I would never stay here again. Thank goodness I had someone with me who could call a Romanian phone number for help.

Ein Hotel am Ende

Natürlich muss man in Corona-Zeiten Abstriche machen. Das sollte allerdings klar in der Hotelbeschreibung kommuniziert werden. Die Rezeption ist nicht besetzt. Über Telefon erhält man den "Geheim"-Code, der die Türe für Gäste und Diebe öffnet. An der nicht besetzten Rezeption war der Schlüssel hinterlegt. Ein Restaurant gibt es nicht mehr, ebenso wie die Bar (Baustellen). Frühstück gibt es erst ab 10:00 im Cafe um die Ecke. Das Zimmer ist abgewohnt, im Gefrierfach war Schimmel, die Badewanne war schmutzig und drohte, auseinander zu brechen. Das Check-Out erfolgte nach telefonischer Terminvereinbarung. Die Beschwerden über das Hotel lies das Personal völlig kalt. 100 Euro pro Nacht unter diesen Umständen sind eine Frechheit.

Way too big for one

Nice apartment hotel. The apartment was way too big for me, though. Service on check-in excellent, and service on checkout OK.

Perfect place to stay at. Literally the best in town in my opinion. Calm, clean, old style luxury, everything was perfect. One thing i didn’t like was the distance between the doors and the double bed, i’ve managed to hit the bed corner a couple of times, but the quality of the bed made up for it. Great stay!

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel , hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Personal war freundlich und hatte auf allen Fragen , eine Antwort. Das Apartment war sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Frühstück war in Ordnung und alles im allem war das ein guter Abschluss unserer Reise durch Rumänien Ein Minuspunkt , Zimmer Service (Reinigung hat nicht funktioniert) .

The beds were a little to hard but our stay was overall very good. My wife has a breathing problem when she smells strong odours. The entrance and reception area had a very strong smell, perfume or deodorizer that made it very hard for her to breathe.

Clean, comfortable apartment

The Iosefin is made up of apartments. Mine was a large first floor apartment - it had a big seating area with sofa and large TV, and dining table. The bedroom was also huge with a lovely view. The decorations are a little dated, but the apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I'd definitely recommend it as a place to stay whether for business or a leisure trip.
