Ostsee-Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Wohnanlage nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Das Meer kann man durch die Bäume sehen und in der Nacht auch hören. Wir waren (5 Übernachtungen) zu viert (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen etwas zu klein, aber wir konnten uns arrangieren. Da wir sehr schönes Wetter genießen durften, waren wir meistens draußen unterwegs. Die Küche ist sehr gut mit allem, was man für kleine Mahlzeiten im Urlaub braucht, ausgestattet. Ein Highlight ist der uneingeschränkte Zugang zum privaten Pool der Wohnanlage. Eine Sauna kann man auch nutzen, allerdings nur vom Freitag bis Sonntag. Der Parkplatz ist nah am Hauseingang. Für uns war das ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Urlaub Niendorf/Timmendorfer Strand

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung, perfekt für 2 Personen. Eine gute Ausstattung, mit allem was man benötigt. Wir wurden bei der Schlüsselübergabe herzlich begrüßt und gut eingewiesen. Zum Strand sind es nur knapp 150 Meter. Wir waren auf Konzerten in der Strand-Arena, zu denen man bequem zu Fuss gehen konnte. Für uns schöne 5 Tage am Meer. Gerne wieder.

Drei Übernachtungen im kalten März

Die Lage und das Schwimmbad sind die großen Pluspunkte. Wir werden das nächste Mal aber wieder eine Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und richtigen Betten buchen. Auf Dauer ist die Wohnung für 4 Personen zu klein. Wer DVDs schauen möchte, sollte ein HDMI Kabel mitbringen. Zum Brötchen aufbacken ist der Backofen geeignet, aber einen Auflauf für 4 Personen schafft er nicht rechtzeitig durchzubacken. Ein großer Teil der Ausstattung ist gefühlt aus den 70 er und 80 er Jahren ( Deko, Geschirr, Bücher, Spiele). Das Badezimmer ist recht neu und sehr gut gepflegt und sehr sauber. Alles war sehr sauber.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Dazu tolle Lage, man ist in wenigen Minuten in Niendorf. Nach Timmendorf sind es zu Fuß allerdings ca. 30 Minuten. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. War nur schade, dass die Sauna nur am Wochenende geöffnet ist.

Wir haben die Tage in Niendorf genossen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem großen Apartmenthaus nahe dem Hafen in Strandnähe. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für ein paar Tage Urlaub an der Ostsee braucht.

Sich wie zu Hause fühlen

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne, erholsame Vorweihnachts-Zeit in Niendorf. Die Wohnung ist in einer großen, sehr gepflegten Appartment-Anlage mit Blick auf die See. Zum Wasser sind es nur 2 min Fußweg, der Niendorfer Hafen ist auch schnell zu Fuß erreicht. Die "Bude 8" mit hervorragendem Essen ist in Sichtweite - ein Besuch lohnt sich auf alle Fälle. Ein Edeka ist nach 20min Fußweg erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen perfekt. Sie ist sehr sauber und mit wirklich ALLEM ausgestattet, was man braucht (sogar ein Mixer war da, um einen Eierpunsch zu zaubern). Hier kann man sich rundum zu Hause fühlen. Die Sauna ist immer freitags, samstags und sonntags geöffnet, es gibt sowohl (nach Männlein und Weiblein) getrennte als auch gemischte Zeiten - wir haben sie allerdings nicht genutzt. Über das Schwimmbad kann ich nichts sagen, auch das haben wir nicht genutzt. Es befindet sich im Dachgeschoss des Nachbarhauses (über den Keller erreichbar) und scheint einen schönen Blick auf die Ostsee zu bieten. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.
