Balcony: Includes outdoor table (78 x 58 cm), perfect for morning coffee or evening wine.
Amenities: A/C for summer, floor heating for winter, and high-speed WiFi throughout.
As part of the Eco Domus Programme by the Istria County Department of Tourism, Villa Lipa Draga proudly holds the label of Eco-Friendly Accommodation. It is also recognized as a ConsumelessMed Companion, promoting sustainable Mediterranean tourism.
