Pazin is only a few kilometres away from the villa. It is a small, historically rich town in the heart of the enchanting Istrian hinterland that has a lot to offer. For centuries, Pazin was the strongest Habsburg fortress in this area and the headquarters of the former prince. You can still visit this medieval castle (Kastel) today, as it is well preserved. Today it houses the Ethnographic Museum of Istria and the Museum of the Town of Pazin. If you are a nature lover, this is also the right place for you.
