“This place is a great base for exploring Reims. The air conditioning downstairs does a great job of cooling the main areas, but the second upstairs bedroom doesn't get much airflow, since the other AC unit is located inside the larger room. The only bathroom is downstairs, which could be a slight inconvenience, but it's manageable if you don't mind using the stairs. There's plenty of counter space in the bathroom, which is a nice plus. Overall, the apartment feels spacious and matches the photos……

“Fantastic home, great location, easy walking distance to the centre of Épernay. Facilities in the house were perfect and all worked well. Asked for extra set of keys and we did not have to wait long before they were delivered. Parking is free…but not necessarily outside the front door or in the same street. We had 2 cars and managed to find parking around the corner or in the next street if nothing was available in our street. Host very quickly provided us with options for parking, including……

“Property (flat) was fantastic- we shall go again as we transit through Epernay regularly. Entrance was interesting but not a problem once you are in the apartment. A lot of stairs to climb but most will cope with that OK. Overall an excellent base for Epernay. Much better than a hotel as you can chill in style (we had the cheese course and an extra bottle of champagne in the apartment - probably saved more than the fee for the apartment !!!) Enjoy……”

“The apartment itself is very nice. Newly renovated in a smart modern style and with great views of the surrounding vineyard. It is well appointed (but is missing a dishwasher). However the communal hallway and staircase is rather scruffy with a bad smell just outside the apartment door. Not the fault of the host, but the booking did not include the street number for the property, which meant we spent quite some time looking for it before being able to reach the host. ”

“Amazing house, the pictures in the listing do not make it justice. Waking up gently bathed in the colors of the stained glass is an unforgettable experience. Beautifully decorated, wonderful location, walking distance to great restaurants, but in a calm area. Hosts are wonderful and super responsive.”
