舒適的度假酒店

酒店整體不錯，乾淨、及員工友善，服務態度好。不好的是浴缸的去水位有臭味問題及wifi在房間是5分鐘斷一次線。

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were big. We loved sitting by the outdoor pool, listening to the birds and swimming. We felt like we were in an oasis. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is also very close to Chichen Itza. It has secure parking on site.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Chichén Itzá. The property is a beautifully preserved converted hacienda, full of character and charm, which made the whole experience feel really special and unique. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable which was perfect for our group. The bathrooms were a standout too, with full bathtubs which were great after long days exploring. The restaurant was fantastic, serving mostly traditional Mexican food that was fresh, authentic, and consistently delicious. What really made this place exceptional, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely service-oriented, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The pool area was great for both adults and kids, and the grounds themselves are absolutely stunning, immaculately maintained and a joy to walk around. We stayed as a group of 9, including children, and it suited us perfectly. It’s one of those places that feels relaxing, welcoming, and memorable all at once. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chichén Itzá.

Room was clean and tidy but was kind of dark due to black furniture. Staff was good and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and we liked the service. The amount we paid for one night stay is pricey for the quality of hotel in that small town.

Hotel Chichen Itza was everything we were hoping for and more! Ideal location 5 min drive from the ancient city staying here is a much better option as opposed to getting bused in from Cancun or Tulum. You are able to wake early and beat the crowds who arrive around 10am. The included breakfast was also fantastic made to order eggs and fresh fruit. The actual property is secure, rooms were clean, parking was easy. The staff was extremely helpful in setting up a personal tour with a licensed guide. We had a private tour which included transportation ( to and from the hotel lobby), entry fee, plus the tour at a very reasonable price. Our guide was a local Mayan who didn’t just rush us along. But instead took the time to educate us and took his time explaining the entire site. Not just El Castillo. Highly recommend the hotel, and private tour.

Très forte odeur d’humidité et moisissures dans nos chambres. Les lits extrêmement durs et inconfortables, tous les 4 étions courbaturés et épuisée d’avoir passé une très mauvaise nuit. Nous étions 2 résidents permanents du Mexique et avions donné nos cartes de résidents au comptoir comme pièce d’identité. La réservation pour Chichen Itza avec guide privé a été effectué sans nous avoir octroyé la tarification privilège pour les résidents qui était de moitié prix. L’hôtel annonce un bar et un restaurant sur place. C’est la raison du choix de cet hôtel car après une journée remplie nous souhaitons prendre un verre et manger sur place. Le restaurant et le bar étaient fermés. La salle à manger était ouverte uniquement pour le petit déjeuner. Si nous avions été informé, nous aurions réservé dans un autre établissement. Somme toute, ce n’était pas une bonne expérience. Très décevant.

The room was nice and the A/C worked beautifully, really cooled the room on a muggy day. The food at the restaurant, however, couldn’t have been more bland. Four of us ate three meals there—there are no restaurants within walking distance of the hotel—and none of them was tasty. The service at one of the meals was completely indifferent.

Can't comment on this hotel. When we arrived there, we we're sent to Mayaland Hotel & Bungalows, which is a 100 year old hotel, located outside of Piste. You can see the observatory from some rooms in this hotel though, but the path to Chichen Itza is closed. The breakfast was so - so, and the menu didn't offer too much of various options. The main problem is that you are really locked to be in the hotel or call for cab / rent a car to go in to Piste, instead of just going out and be able to see what the city has to offer in restaurants etc. As this hotel was 100 year old, it was also outdated, many buildings was restoration objects, the main hotel was of course not in bad condition, but not in a great condition either. You need to carry your luggage in stairs as elevators are missing. When I checked on Hotels.com, I could still book a room in Hotel Chichen Itza, but for a higher price then I had booked, so I guess that was the reason we we're sent here as we had booked way in advance.
