I stayed at Hotel Tier Center from 31/05/2026 to 02/06/2026 and was disappointed with the overall experience, particularly regarding guest safety, security, and customer service. The room key and lock system felt outdated and insecure. It often took a long time to lock and unlock the door, which was frustrating and did not make me feel confident about the room's security. In addition, it appeared that only one staff member was responsible for running the hotel, and he was not always available when assistance was needed. On the morning of 01/06/2026, at approximately 6:00 AM, a man stood outside my window shouting loudly for more than an hour. I was asleep at the time and was startled and concerned by the disturbance. I immediately contacted the hotel via WhatsApp to report the issue and ask for assistance. Despite this being a matter affecting a guest's safety and comfort, I did not receive a response until much later. By the time the hotel replied, the disturbance had already continued for a significant period. I expected a much faster response from hotel staff in a situation like this. The room was basic, but the lack of prompt action when a guest reported feeling unsafe was unacceptable. A hotel should ensure that guests can rest peacefully and that concerns are addressed quickly and professionally. Based on my experience during my stay from 31/05/2026 to 02/06/2026, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to others.
