「Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We arrived well after the check-in time, but our room was still not ready, resulting in a long wait. The room was clean, but it was very hot, and the shower drain didn't work properly. The hotel is new, but the overall service lacked professionalism and the experience fell well below expectations. 「The wifi did not work for longer than ten seconds unless I left the network and hopped back on it again. For someone who works remotely, this was awful. I barely got any work done. You can't turn on the jets in the hot tub without tapping on the glass and motioning for the employees to turn it on for you. The dry sauna was not hot enough and the mixture for the hot stones was not good, it made our eyes sting so much we had to leave the room. I asked specifically if I could use the spa during...
