The hotel was adequate at best definitely not what I'd expect from a four-star hotel. the room and bathroom were kind of old , the bed and pillows were uncomfortable and there is definitely no soundproofing to block put noise from any of the events that may be happening in the square below. One time the elevator got stuck in an endless loop, stranding me for minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location is very central / easily walkable to a lot of different things but this is definitely not my favorite hotel.
