「The hotel is located just out the Railway Station Door. We were able to drop our bags, as we arrived earlier in the day. Convenient to see the Cathedral & Castle. Staff was very helpful, I take a medicine that must be refrigerated and they stored it for me. The real problem is the There is no A/C. Our room had the full afternoon sun and was over 80 degrees. They did provide a fan, but it was a sauna. We did go down to the lounge which was comfortable. This hotel did have an elevator, big plus...

「Stayed for one night, on our way back down from Scotland. Had a lovely time here, and wished we could have stayed longer. Arrived around 6pm, very easy parking and checking in to our room. "Pls beware of check in time. It’s only till 10:30pm. I arrived just a few minutes after 10:30pm as there was heavy rain in pitch dark roads and I couldn’t drive fast enough, the reception was closed and all lights turned off in the common area. Luckily, they put the emergency number there, I called and they sent someone to give us the room keys in a few minutes. Other than that, the services of the staff are friendly and I enjoyed my stay there. Parking right at the hotel front is also convenient. "
