An island house in country-style:
This beautiful island holiday home on the island of Murter is an ensemble of two buildings, garden, courtyard and parking. It offers plenty of space for your holiday. Both houses, garden, and yard are of course just inhabitated by you and your family or friends. Very private! The object is located in the oldest part of the town Jezera, embedded into the established structure of a typical Dalmatian fishing village. From here you can reach in a few minutes to all the highlights that the island of Murter has to offer. Dreamlike coves with some of the best snorkeling sites of the Adriatic, facing the Kornati islands. Several villages also attract with restaurants, cafes in their ports and all offers for life by the sea. Diving, sailing and boating. Fishing, among pine trees on the seafront, and relax in the cafe, that is what Murter stands for.
The house has, quite uncharacteristic for the Old Town a private parking, a garden and a courtyard.

A narrow, navigable by car lane, takes you to the parking space of the object. Through the wooden gate in a stone wall, you reach the terrace of the garden, equipped with a dining table for six and barbecue. The garden, planted with olive, lavender and rosemary, provides a Mediterranean welcome, sun beds and an outdoor shower invite you to relax. From the garden you enter the front house, with fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table. From here you can also get into the first floor where is the living room with sofa, armchair, TV and a separate toilet. Leave the house at the back, so you are in a small courtyard between living- and sleeping house. This is natural as the entire object only available to you and is used only by you. The yard, planted with shrubs and climbing plants of the region, delightes you with a roofed eating space, also furnished with a large table for six. On the ground floor of the adjoining sleeping house, the master bedroom is located, furnished with a double bed, closet and desk. To the room belongs, a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. About an, in the yard, existing outside staircase you reach the first floor of the sleeping house. Outgoing from the hallway is a bath room with shower, sink and toilet, the stairs in the attic of the house and access to the second bedroom. Also this keeps ready a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe for you.
The internal staircase leads from the hallway into the attic, with two single beds, desk and wardrobe. Through the windows of this room, the view sweeps across the nearby hills of the village, to the sea.
All rooms of the object are in proper style, harmoniously and lovingly furnished with antique furniture in the country house style and feature bright, friendly atmosphere. Air conditioning for cooling and heating in all rooms, TV, dishwasher and washing machine add to the convenience.
The center and the port of the village Jezera has been reached in five minutes on foot. Here you will find many restaurants, bars and cafes. The next beaches and bays are about 600m away and easily reached by car or on foot.
In the house you have free internet via wifi.
The pearls of the Adriatic region, Sibenik, Zadar, Split and Trogir and the National Park Krka and Kornati are ideal for day trips.
