"Ideal location as it is very close to KLCC. There is MRT station at walkable distance, restaurants at walkable distance, and even hospital right across from hotel. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. James and Michael specially were very courteous."

"Trip is good as before. Walking distance to train station, means can go bukit bintang to eat, shop and drink, and still take a train back without driving. Morning is great for breakfast and walk at chow kit market. Best of all, not located in bukit bintang, so no jams going there or coming out "

"Wonderful Property and Exceptional Management I had to check in around 1:00 AM due to a delayed flight, and there was an issue with the access card. Impressively, the management provided an alternative solution within just five minutes. Even more commendable, the property manager personally traveled a considerable distance in the middle of the night to deliver a new access card-despite the fact that I already had temporary access. I wasn't given a code to open the safe to get the key to the apartment so check in took forever. The link to pay the tax did not work and without that I was unable to access other information like WiFi (I had to then contact the management company separately but they were still unable to provide a link to pay).
