Superbly clean room. Excellent staff at breakfast and breakfast was lovely, the highlight. The barman in the cocktail bar was incredibly rude to my husband, we reported it and the reception lady said she would speak to the manager about it, we were there for a further 7 nights but heard nothing. This is appalling customer services and we would not return because of it. A lot of the staff seemed sullen, a smile would have gone a lomg way !

Hotel is really nice, great location, our room was not only super comfortable but beautiful, amazing design! Staff is super polite and kind, breakfast was yummy. Loved the gym/spa and indoor pool. The bad: Outdoor pool is not that nice, very crowded (shared with the residences) and sun-beds are very dirty and a look poorly. This area does not match the rest of the hotel. Not great if you’re looking to chill during the summer.

Room was great, indoor pool area / steam room/sauna are ok. Breakfast is great. Location is great. Wish there was a lot to lounge area for rainy days to work/read/hangout order food and drinks without having to be in one of the restaurants.

The property itself is amazing. Near by the Porto exclusive area. All the staff are amazing Lobo, Font Desk receptionist, is incredibly helpful. The staff at Murano rest assured me all requests I have been asked The area itself has a lot to do, but without the crowds as the old town has. The Kotor Old Town is about 25 mins away in car. We rent a car and was the best idea.
