「The staff at the hotel are amazing - so welcoming, friendly, kind, and helpful.」

「Cynthia is the hostess we all want, but rarely get. Attentive, courteous, friendly, professional. Lovely place, good staff, stay there. 」

「Our stay at Swahili House was bittersweet. I agree with other reviews that mention the misleading pictures since there are several different houses for rent. There are three pools but you only get access to one ("your") pool. So forget about the others. The water in the pool was very warm. The pool's cleaning system was off now and then so we had to ask to turn it on. We stayed at Lofty Cottage for 5 nights. The house' Swahili style was very special. The furniture was unique and beautiful...

「Resort is old but charming. The rooms were lovely, washrooms were a little tired but overall a lovely stay.」

「It’s high quality accommodation in a beautiful garden in Diani. Rooms are very large, both bedroom and bathroom. Also a lovely balcony overlooking the gardens. Very handy, walkable, to the amazing beach. Short Tuk-Tuk ride to the supermarket and restaurants. The pool is dreamy, water sparkling clean and warm. Breakfast is a real treat, the evening meal (if ordered) a bit of a disappointment. We will be back.」

「Staff were exceptional.」

「Serene, quiet, lovely beach view. The staff is super helpful and friendly, room was clean and the air conditioning was great. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the food so flavorful and fresh. The seafood platter is a must try. I enjoyed my short stay.」

「staff are friendly, very nice environment, walking distance to the near by beach, good swimming pools. India and beach side restaurants' food are delicious 」

「Spent 3 nights, all inclusive. Food was good, drinks were great, pool was warm and clean. The room was clean and had a great view. If I ever go back to Diani I will definitely stay there again.」

「Really, really lovely space. Although the Wi-Fi isn’t as strong in the rooms, it keeps dropping. But apart from that, everything is 5-star.」

「So disappointed in the service here. Staff were not well trained - did not listen - were unwilling to assist. Our room was not made up daily - even though we asked. Food was sparse and was not anywhere close to what was expected based on our research. The fact that we had to pay for our food when we used room service - was insane. This is an All Inclusive after all. Would NOT recommend」
