"We thought the shuttle to and from airport was included. They wanted to charge $150 for 4 people. Also thought breakfast was included but it said for a "fee" and we thought it said "free". Otherwise hotel was very clean, in the middle of city and staff was very nice."

"I had an excellent stay at Zocalo Central. As soon as we arrived Antonio was welcoming and efficient. The room felt clean, quiet, and thoughtfully set up. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and the shower pressure, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient for sightseeing, with easy access to nearest landmark. At check-out Christian was attentive and efficient. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone looking for value and modern hotel that delivers consistently."

The free breakfast and food including is amazing and way above average then normal with the taste and quality exceding my expectation and 24 hour our service. The drinks were very good including alcohol and coffee. The location was center of everything and easily walking distance in central sites. This is my second time and will male it a third when I return.."

"Breakfast buffet was great. We found a kotex wrappers under our bed and a open pad stuck to the comforter. Thankfully it appeared to be unused but still gross. There are no hot tubs. There are 3 jetted areas of the pool that are the same temp as the pool. "

"I booked this room for some family who needed to stay in town urgently. The price was good and reviews online were okay, so I thought it would be okay. It was not. The second my family got into the room they called and sent photos. Yellowish-black towels in the bathroom, furniture and windows covered in dust, hairs in the bedding, blankets and sheets burned by cigarettes, a black mattress.. The list kind of goes on. I felt so bad for my family. They left the hotel at 3am and waited at the airport for their flight instead of staying in the room."

"I rated it 4 stars because the location is not walking distance to main highlights or nightlife that you may want to experience. It was our first trip to the city and didn’t know what areas are most popular to stay in. The property is well maintained and clean. We just had to ask for more towels as we were only given 2 at a time for a party of 3. The breakfast was a plus. We were not to concerned about the hotel location or amenities as we were out all day and only used it to sleep. Overall, it was a good hotel for the price."

"The location is great, everything is accessible and the staff are courteous. The receptionist took a very long time to get us register. The rooms need some remodeling to go with the building. I wish there was more space in the lobby to hang out and enjoy a coffee. In the mornings was very crowded and difficult to walk out. The breakfast buffet was a bit expensive but it was good."
