Nos parece que bien. Excepto que la alberca siempre estuvo fría y que la alarma de humo suena súper fuerte durante todo el tiempo y aunque la reportamos nunca la arreglaron. Eso lo deben de atender, porque no deja dormir bien.

Todo estuvo muy bien, el personal atento y dispuestos a resolver cualquier petición. El hotel muy limpio y en orden. La comida deliciosa. Disfrutamos mucho la estancia y todo estuvo perfecto. El único detalle que no me agrado es que no pude usar la alberca el domingo que tienen buffet porque en el área de alberca ponen mesas. Yo pediría que usen su salón de eventos para ampliar el área de restaurante para su buffet.

La recepción fue demasiado tardado el proceso, cuando me entregaron la habitación no era lo que se había reservado (una habitación para 2 adultos y 2 niños con 2 camas Queen) Me entregaron una habitación con 1 cama matrimonial y 1 cama individual, regresé a la recepción a comentar esta situación y la persona encargada todo el tiempo estaba aferrado a que es lo que yo había reservado, aparte me decía que no cuentan con ese tipo de camas y que no tenían disponible otra habitación con las características que yo pedí, les enseñé que es lo que se ofrecía a través de Expedia y que a su vez yo había reservado. Después de decirle que no me iba a quedar en una habitación que no cumplía con lo que yo reservé, habló con la subgerente y me asignaron una habitación con 2 camas king y 1 matrimonial sin costo adicional. Al final fue desgastante y tardado estar discutiendo para sólo poder ir a descansar.
