「El personal es super amable y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. La habitacion fue muy amplia. La decoracion del hotel está muy cuidada y llena de antigüedades y plantas, por lo que resulta muy agradable.」

「This is a newer hotel with a great location in the busy city of Tlemcen. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, hot water copious, and the price very attractive. In a city where there are chain hotels in remote locations, the Grand Basskn puts you where the action is, with a bonus of being across rhe street from a lovely park. Do not pass this one by! 」

「The staff were lovely, very accommodating, helpful and polite. They were professional at all times and really the only positive thing about the hotel stay, saving the score by 3 stars. The hotel itself was in very poor condition. The windows were broken, the door frames were broken, the decor was old and tired, the carpets and curtains were frayed - clearly the hotel has not been maintained since it's opening around 2011 and it really does show!」
