のんびりできました

食事の内容や量、部屋の清潔感、温泉などいずれも良く、快適に過ごせました。またスタッフの方々も丁寧で、心地良い時間を過ごせました。 ロビーに加えて、部屋でもインターネットが使えると、長期滞在や外国人向けにも更に良くなると思います。

コロナの時期の利用

施設は古さも感じますが海辺の側で非常にゆっくり過ごす事が出来ました。食事は部屋食でこの時期でも安心して頂けました。従業員はフレンドリーで気持の良い対応をして頂き満足でした。

満腹、大満足

今回は、初めての伊勢鳥羽旅行でした。駅に着いても、全くわからない土地でのリムジンお迎えは、感動と安心で本当に助かりました。旅館に着いても、笑顔と最高の気配りでとても満足でした。ただ大酒のみの我々夫婦には、アルコールの自販機でもあればもっと良いのに。と思いました。料理も大満足だったので、そこだけ残念。 でも、総合的に見ても大満足で帰ってきました。いろんな質問にも迅速に対応して頂き感謝です。二日間御世話になりました。

料理は味、量ともに充分過ぎましたが伊勢にあって「伊勢えび」「松阪牛」が食材に含まれていなかったのが残念でした。品数を減らしてでも加えることが出来ないのでしょうか？　 別注文の鮑は満足出来ましたから、この様なオプションで注文出来たら良かったのに、と思います。

最高のおもてなし宿

夕食はすべて部屋食で、内容も素晴らしいものでした。スタッフの皆様もとても感じよく、快適な温泉宿でした。ちょっとお風呂が、リフォームの必要性がありそうです。
