I've never written a negative review before but here we go: - I sent 3 messages in the 3 days leading up to our stay with no response from Maria (no information provided regarding check-in process etc). She only got back to me a few hours before check-in time. - Check-in is advertised as 2pm and is one of the reasons we booked this accommodation as we were arriving from a long flight that morning. 「The house in Castel St Elia is truly an authentic and unique place, the host is detail oriented, very accommodating and communicative. The house has everything you need, even a mini popcorn machine and dishwasher. We traveled with our dog and cooked dinners at the house and felt very comfortable. The view is amazing, so is access to town, many churches and hiking trails into the valley. If you are a true hiker you can take the 4.5km trail to Nepi which is the neighboring worth visiting.」
