Our hotel was filled to capacity and you asked for a check in before lunch. Our Front Desk person was very accommodating and gave you the keys to the room, one of our housekeeping staff seen you enter the room and assumed it was already cleaned.When it was brought to our attention at 10:30 at night my son and I changed the bedding and brought fresh towels. We are sorry for the mistake that has occurred. As for the inappropriate comments from my son, you failed to mention that minutes previously that one of the aboriginal women threw a full beer bottle at his head which missed both employees on shift, as prior he refused further service due to intoxication. She then followed by throwing a stapler on her way of leaving the establishment. I understand your concerns as your group is aboriginal also and the words directed at these women were in the heat of the moment. As for the punch that the owners son/bartender gave to his friend was brought on by unnecessary comments and shoves to entice him to retaliate. His friend was at the establishment the next morning to apologize for his actions.
