While the fire pit is one of the key highlights of this property, it’s crucial to follow all burn ban regulations strictly. Failure to do so may result in fines from the community, which guests will be responsible for. We will keep you informed in real time should any such announcements occur during your stay.
📌 Seasonal Watercraft Availability: Kayaks and other watercraft are available for guest use seasonally and may not be available during the colder months.
📌 Booking party must be age 25+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
📌 Community amenities include the seasonal outdoor swimming pool, ball fields, miniature golf, bocce ball, children’s playground, and a community beach. Anyone who would like to use the amenities will have to pay $12 per day via credit or debit card at the pool gate (no cash accepted). This is a charge implemented by the community, not by the Host. Children under 3 years old will be let in for free.
📌 Community registration is required and we will communicate the instructions a few days prior arrival. We will reach out to you regarding community registration. Late paperwork is subject to a $75 late registration fee that the guest will be responsible for paying before entering the community/property.
📌 For VRBO or direct bookings, please note that even if a cancellation qualifies under the cancellation policy, the 10% payment processing fee is non-refundable. This is due to the fact that we use external payment processors like Stripe, which do not refund processing fees.
📌 Community amenities such as the pool, lake, beach, boat rentals, mini golf, kayaks, and the lakeside café are now closed for the season and will reopen after Memorial Day. Other amenities, including the basketball courts and playgrounds, remain open and accessible, weather permitting.

📌 Please note that we provide a limited amount of starter supplies for your convenience, such as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, and other basic necessities. These supplies should be sufficient for the first few days of your stay. For additional supplies, guests are encouraged to either purchase from nearby stores or bring extra items with them to ensure a comfortable stay. We recommend stocking up on any items you may need during your stay, as we do not provide regular restocking of these supplies.
