This South East Asian flare property is just perfect! It was carefully designed with detached houses for enhanced privacy and full views of the spectacular pristine and untouched ecological reserve. The bioclimatic design provides a constant breeze to all of the house spaces though 3 rooms have A/C.
The house is surrounded by exuberant tropical gardens that constantly bloom in year-round dry tropical weather. The private club has a gym, day/night tennis courts and there are 7 km of hiking treks trough the natural surroundings reminiscent of the Balinese mountains.
Sleeps 20 guests in 6 rooms. U$50 per person per night after 16 guests.
Please note there is a 7th room that remains closed and its not offered.
Guest access
Guests have access to all of the areas of the house except for one bedroom that remains closed. Guests also have access to the club tennis courts, gym, minimarket, pool and club house.
Full access and use of the private villa up to 20 guests. There is a U$50 per person nightly extra fee if your group is larger than 16. The maximum capacity of the house is 20 guests and it can ’t be exeeded under any circunstance.

Other things to note
Your price includes one housekeeper. If your group is larger than 8 people a second house housekeeper must be hired at a cost of COP $65.000 per day and you will pay her directly at checkout.
Please note that the airbnb cleaning fee and the housekeeping fee are separate and different.
There is a U$25 per person nightly extra fee if your group is larger than 10 guests.
Check-out time is strictly enforced. Late check-outs will be considered an extra night and will be charged accordingly.
To enjoy this paradise and it's beautiful gardens and facilities we have to do its maintenance. We thank you for allowing the entrance of our collaborators - who are scheduled in advance - so that our guests can enjoy our house in the best conditions.
