「Cabin was cozy and warm with the nice propane heater. Firepit and grill were great, creek was really nice. Wifi went out a couple times, shower was great, but a bit clunky to use.」

「This was better than I expected. I would love to come and stay for a week and just relax. It is on a quiet farm the back of the property in the woods right on a stream and with the fall colors having all the windows on the ceiling and around the room were amazing. The bathroom you do have to go outside to use what it’s attached to the building and it has a little heater so it was not a big deal. It was magical to say the least. I would stay here again and highly recommend recommended to others. 」

「Kathleen and Steve were the perfect hosts and the guest house was just perfect for me. They have everything you need including coffee, a full kitchen, plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and a TV. The wifi worked great, and I was able to work from here with no issues. The layout of the space was perfect and I appreciated the king size bed. If you are looking for a place up in the mountains but still close to town, this is the perfect spot. I can’t wait to visit again!」

「The cabin the adorable they weather was so cold it caused a few issues. This charming little home has so much character and great views of Grandfather Mountain. The hosts were very helpful and communicated appropriately. Such a great week celebrating my hubby's birthday while visiting our boys in college. Go Appalachian Mountaneers and Lees-McRae Bobcats.Love our NC Mountains 」
