「The owners are amazing people 」

「Great place to stay. Very clean and quiet. Cabin is small and perfect for two people. We stayed in the Nut House. The bathroom is very clean but very small. If you are much over 6 foot or 200lbs the shower is going to be a tight fit. Not an issue but something to consider. Overall it was a great cabin to stay in. 」

「The property was great and the location amazing. We enjoyed all the quirks of the property. Place was clean and organized. Everything was well labeled and easy to navigate. There were two negatives for me: first the bed I slept in was older and squeaked when you moved. The bed appeared to be an older mattress box spring with a foam topper, causing me to sleep in a hole. 「What a great place! Peaceful and quiet. The cabin was very clean and had all the amenities you could possibly need. Unfortunately it rained all weekend so we couldn’t hang outside by the fire pit but the screened in porch is a nice extension of the home. The hosts reached out to make sure everything was going well and it was. There is a gas station/cafe around the bend and the cafe has really good food, especially for breakfast. The gas station has hunt brothers pizza and that was good as well....

The kitchen was well stocked so cooking was easy. Great, location, too! The cabin is in a quiet, rural setting and it was an easy drive to nearby attractions, as well. 「This is a lovely cabin with a great view. It has plenty of space but still feels quaint. It has a remote feel while being close to all the things you want to do. We were there for my son’s college graduation. Wonderful hosts. Very responsive and friendly」

「With virtually nothing available in Wilkesboro for Floydfest we found this very nice cabin in Todd. 45 min to Wilkesboro but an easy ride and not a dealbreaker. Cabin was very nice, quiet with a nice view of the New River right across the street. Wish I had brought my fly rod!」
