“This property is located in a perfect spot for catching the Salford Central train or walking across the river to downtown Manchester. I took a different route every day and saw so many things. The wifi was excellent and I felt totally safe and comfortable. Very comfortable bed too! I messaged the property managers a couple of times with random questions, and they responded immediately. It was a breeze.”

“Very comfortable and spacious. Needs a bit of maintenance like the toilet where the cistern is faulty and the water continously keep running. The door handles for the main door are loose and almost dropping off plus a few more minor faults. ”

“Too many emails with rules and high safety deposit (not advertised earlier on). High expectation from pictures but in reality lacks cleaning and care. The street is dodgy, too dark and quiet and a bit far from city centre (20 min walk).

"A 1970s office block converted into a hotel. Rooms are huge by UK standard, both the room and equipment are very clean. Staff is friendly and experienced. The main complaint would be the WiFi - averaging 100-500kb/s, which is slow even by 2010 standards. Certainly need a replacement.
Elevators only stop on even floors, so you would need to walk 1/2 floor up or down to the 1F reception or room (uneven floor for me). Elevator is very fast and there are 3 of them, so no issues at all. The nearby Eccles Shopping Centre is being redeveloped, so it can get quiet at night. Large supermarket just opposite to the hotel. The Eccles town centre and train/tram station in around 5 minutes."
"This is my second stay at the same location, despite with a different brand. The location is very near the city centre, which gives you easy access to different spots around. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious. It has been a comfortable stay."
