The hotel is in a beautiful, quiet location about 10 minutes drive from the center of Todos Santos. Friendly staff and great boutique hotel vibe where it was easy to meet other guests or tuck away with privacy. We’re definitely coming back!

Wow all around. Gorgeous, spotless property in an amazing location. Kayaks in the lagoon to access the beautiful nearby beaches and enjoy the lagoon itself are a great amenity. Food and other amenities were great, and the staff was just amazing. Everyone had the perfect balance of super relaxed and warm demeanor while being completely on point and genuinely concerned with the guest experience. I extended my stay twice, and had an unique, relaxing and uplifting vacation. I've worked in and around the service industry all my life, and these folks are all first rate. Props and gratitude to everyone working there, from Damaryse and Sara at the front desk to Carlos, Eder, Brian and Emiliano on the wait/bar staff, Ulysses the manager and Andre the chef. Everyone made me feel like a friend, and they are all intelligent, interesting people if you get a chance to talk with them. Even Julio from the kitchen staff recognized me when I was walking back from town and offered a ride. Someone I became friends with in the neighborhood had the same things to say about the staff. Would def stay again and give them the highest recommendation.

Our stay at La Poza exceeded our expectations. The grounds are amazing!! the staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating!! The facilities were excellent!! We are already planning our return!! One suggestion, rent a car. The roads in and out are very challenging. Be sure the GPS on your phone works as navigating without would be very difficult.

Beautiful, tranquil, serene property!!! This hotel was perfect for my husband and I. It was very clean, peaceful, and we received the best massages!!! The spa is designed to bring in nature, you don't want to miss out on the exceptional massages. The only negative, is that the hotel is about 3 minutes off the main road and is in the middle of nowhere. However, we did feel safe on the property. You will not need to leave the property as the food is exceptional. We stayed for the first part of our Los Cabo adventure. Also the hotel is about 1 hour from the SJC Airport.
