Your training program is individually and modularly designed, based on scientific methods. Options include Neurofeedback Training, Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing), KAW-Introvision, or dedicated offline time for yourself. Personal mentoring sessions are available for an extra fee if desired. You train at your own pace, with support throughout your stay.
