    The master bedroom has stunning views and an ensuite bathroom with large soaker tub and separate shower. The secondary room also has a king bed with ensuite and large shower, and the third room is upstairs. Don't miss this unforgettable vacation home!

    Host Rules

    Renter's Agreement: Guests must sign the Renter's Agreement to confirm their reservation.

    Age min: must be 27 years or older to book

    During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), minimum 4 nights and must be back-to-back to avoid gaps.

    3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays

    We offer discounted rates on month long stay ONLY during our low season (Dec-Feb)

    Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets allowed, after owner's approval. Sorry no cats!

    Please note: A long-term tenant lives on-site in a separate caretaker suite as per Tofino Bylaws

    Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals!

    Cancellation Policy:. We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days required notice you will receive a full refund. If you cancel without the required days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.

    Accidental Damage Protection: Accidental Damage Protection is included in the total cost of your reservation—there is no additional fee after booking, as it is automatically applied at the time of purchase. This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay.
    Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, or negligent behaviour. It is strictly intended for unintentional mishaps that may happen while you're staying in the home.

What a delicious way to see Tofino. Loved the house. So comfortable. Two main bedrooms on ground floor and a smaller room on upper floor. Ideal for 6 people. Management was very attentive.

We loved this house. It was very spacious, beautifully decorated, comfy beds and linens, well supplied kitchen. We made a turkey dinner while there. The location was central to lots of beaches. The view was amazing. Hot tub and sauna were both wonderful. And there was a plug in at the front for our electric car which was super helpful

Beautiful Forest Getaway

I stayed here with my sister, now husband and children for our wedding week. The place is absolutely stunning. The Tofino Vacation Rental Team were great to work with. Excellent communication and hospitality. I loved that there were baby items at the place. The sauna had a lovely view and the morning light shining through the big windows was incredible.

A special experience

A very special place. Amazing view and stillness. We saw bears, eagles and many other birds from the deck. We saw Northern Lights and could almost reach out and touch the stars. Absolutely lovely.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Coastal View. The house was well equipped and spacious. The neighbourhood was very quiet. Although there isn't a beach here we were able to walk to Chesterman Beach in less than 10 minutes.

This property was great. Super high quality home with high end fixtures. It was VERY large, with an open kitchen and living room and awesome decks. The landscape with the tidal bay was beautiful - we saw a bear on the very first day! One thing we were a bit surprised about was that it's actually a 4 bedroom - 2 masters downstairs and two bedrooms with double beds upstairs; I'm not sure the listing was clear about that! I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home & scenery!

Location was convenient. He me is beautiful but needs a few maintenance items taken care of. Comfortable furniture and beds. Lichen was well appointed. Views were amazing and included daily bear sightings. One or two were on property regularly & into the trash, so we had to be careful. Unfortunately that kept us from enjoying the hot tub and porch like we had hoped.

WOW was the first impression of this property!

Every one of us said “WOW” when we opened the front door! We (3 couples and 2 hairy kids) had the BEST time at this property! We each had our own “wing” which gave us lots of privacy as well as the open kitchen/dining/living room with fireplace was the perfect place to congregate! Even when we were all together there was an abundance of space for everyone. After a long wet walk at the beach we hunkered down in front of the fire which was a bonus! THe sauna was a really nice feature as well. Great communication throughout the process as well! We have already recommended this place and would definitely come again! Final tally: 6 human thumbs up & 8 hairy paws up!

Stunning home and atmosphere

We loved being here to celebrate a special birthday, and wake up in the primary bedroom to a fireplace and views of the inlet. 2 days here was too short to integrate! The scale of the home is much bigger than the photos do justice, the ceiling height turns it into a fortress. Being in the forest in the sauna or hot tub overlooking the inlet was so serene especially on a rainy day. It was definitely intimidating for 2 people to have such a big space, but we had planned to have a few more friends to fill the space but they couldn’t make it. This space definitely feels most suited for a family or a group. I personally liked the warm incandescent style lighting which helps things feel calm before bed. Also the real wood fireplace, floor to ceiling windows for natural light and the indigenous art were highlights. The service was great, communication was excellent and the space was very clean! Really appreciated the natural soaps around the home. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were fantastic and feng shui, the kitchen was epic and something to really use for a large family. Ultimately the only downside was not getting to share it with more of friends and family, and I would throw in some lighter coloured furniture in the living room so it feels less serious ;)

The setting, right on the inlet with water views, is amazing and very private. The common areas are large and each bedroom has its own separate space and bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need and the wood burning fireplace is also great. We highly recommend!
