"Hotel Zed was a very enjoyable stay. A few comments. I appreciated the pressed coffee offer but the check in person forgot to give me instructions on how to use it as I found out later that some were available. Also, I could not find a place to park when your hotel had the Garden Party on June 13th. I would think you would have had some dedicated spots available for your paying guests. The hotel was very clean and I will return again. Thank you, John Donnelly,"

"Parking could be marked better for guest arrivals. The hotel itself really shows it's age, you can tell with the smell aswell, musty. The flooring is in rough shape and dirty, it is not somewhere you'd want to walk barefoot. There was only a cooler that required you to get ice from another part of the building. This hotel needs upgrades. For the price it is overrated for what you actually get. It is a loud hotel but they do give you a noise canceling machine which worked pretty well! The small tv kept freezing and lagging. The bathroom door wouldn't stay closed either. I would recommend this place only as a last resort."

"The ocean view condo unit was perfect and it was very comfortable, nice, clean and peaceful with no problems whatsoever. Downstairs was a restaurant with so many great food options and the food was amazing too. Kitchen staff were very friendly, nice and helpful."
