great and spacious location

very well equipped accommodation, lots of room and great pool. Location is excellent, close to the cloys medieval village but only few kilometres away from the beach. No problems with the neighbouring pizza restaurant (quite after 23h)

Charming & Practical House in a Beautiful Area

Entrance to the property is through an impressive gate into a walled garden, with multiple seating areas, the pool and an amazing view of the hills around Toirano. The house is part of a large building that was at one time an olive oil mill, and has retained some of the original features including the oil millstone and some of the workings. The interior is very spacious, with a fire (we didn't use it as the temperature was in the mid-30s during our stay), well appointed kitchen, dining and seating areas. There are bedrooms downstairs and upstairs. The bedrooms are all air conditioned, and one of the rooms has a small terrace outside. There is secure parking at the rear of the property and a handy space for loading/unloading by the main gate. Toirano is a pretty town, with a number of restaurants, bars, an excellent ice cream shop and a good mini-supermarket. There are also some local attractions such as the caves and of course the coast a short drive away. We had a fantastic stay, the weather was perfect, and we didn't have much need to leave the pool & garden.

Large villa close to lovely old town centre.

Superb villa that was much larger than we expected, with a nice pool and grounds. It is attached to a pizzeria that is effectively part of the same huge, old building that has been tastefully converted and although some low level noise can be heard when it is open it was never a problem and actually added to the charm of the place (and the pizzeria itself is very nice with friendly staff). There is a very convenient small supermarket nearby and the attractive town centre of Toirano is also just a short walk away. The villa manager Camilla was very helpful and a small problem with the wifi router was quickly resolved. It is a lovely place to just relax by the pool or a short drive to a number of very nice towns. Imperia was our favourite and we also took the train to Genoa and drove across the border to Monaco for day trips. The Toirano caves that are located in the hills close by must also be seen as they are absolutely stunning. We had a great time.

Retreat with climbing, biking and beach near

We had an incredible stay in Toirano. The villa is exceptionally clean and Camilla has definitely made a lot of effort to make you feel welcome and adds a lot of sweet touches. There is plenty of storage space and room to spread out especially if you have outdoor sporting equipment. Beds were comfortable kitchen was spotless and was easy to cook meals there and on grill then soak in the view Pool was a perfect treat especially for our son. We found the restaurant underneath very tasty and convenient adding a little extra charm. We did not notice noise like previous review stated. small grocery within walking distance. Easy access for climbing between finale and ultra finale. Mountain bike a plenty. Very slim road bike rental. Perfect spot for vacation. Wonderful home with cool architecture and history.

Das Haus ist genauso wie es in FeWo direkt beschrieben wird. Wunderschönes Ambiente des gesamten Hauses. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche ...,. Sehr praktisch die Pizzeria Toula , die dem Haus direkt angeschlossen ist. Klasse Pizza und Pasta....kommen gerne wieder

Wunderschönes Haus mit Bergpanorama

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Das Schwimmbad war nur leicht salzig und hatte den perfekten Ausblick und wir waren täglich im Pool. Die Schlafzimmer waren mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, der Wohnraum nicht. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört, da es sich nicht sehr aufgeheizt hat und wir überwiegend sowieso auf der Terrasse gesessen sind. Hier gibt es auch eine überdachte Sitzecke und für jeden eine Liege. Außerdem ist neben dem Schwimmbad eine praktische Außendusche. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wir sind allerdings abends immer essen gegangen. Der Ort ist entzückend mit leckerer Eisdiele, guten Restaurants und auch einer Selbstbedienungstankstelle und einem Supermarkt in der Nähe. Man ist schnell an schönen Stränden, aber dort hat man in der Hochsaison schon Schwierigkeiten einen Parkplatz zu finden. Wir sind deshalb eher am späten Nachmittag zum Strand gefahren. Ausflüge nach Genua und Nizza und Bootstouren zum Schnorcheln und Wale beobachten (übrigens erfolgreich, zwei Finnwale und zwei Delfingruppen haben sich gezeigt) haben wir dort auch in der Umgebung machen können. Einziger Nachteil vom Haus: die Pizzeria in direkter Nachbarschaft (übrigens sehr leckeres Essen) ist schon sehr laut. Bis Mitternacht hört man vor allem im unteren Schlafzimmer und im oberen großen Schlafzimmer die Unterhaltungen und die fahrenden Autos (Schotterweg) bei geöffnetem Fenster (wir wollten nicht mit Klimaanlage schlafen). Da wir sowieso spät schlafen gehen hat es uns nicht gestört, aber wer vor Mitternacht schlafen möchte empfindet das vielleicht anders. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und das Haus auch an Familien mit größeren Kindern weiterempfehlen.

Camilla war eine sehr nette und liebevolle Gastgeberin. Wir haben zu 4 als Gruppe von Freunden in ihrer Villa übernachtet. Diese ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz im Innenraum sowie eine mehr als Vollausgestattete Küche. Insbesondere hat uns der Top gepflegte Außenbereich mit dem Salzwasserpool inklusive dem Phänomenalen Bergblick. Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder!

Beautiful place

Great place for a family with bikes and teenagers. All rooms are great with own bathroom, wonderful garden, Terrasse and private pool. Tennis, supermarket and restaurant in walking distance. Owner was so helpful and nice to us.

Siamo stati davvero bene nella villa, pulita e curata in ogni particolare. Perfetta per famiglie come noi che cercavano un posto tranquillo dove rilassarsi. La piscina non è grandissima ma è perfetta per bambini di 10-12 anni. È vicinissima alle Grotte di Toirano e a due passi da Loano, Borghetto e Pietra Ligure

Wonderful house and garden

We had such a great time. The house is big, clean and well looked after. We were a family if 5 with kids between 5 and 10. There was plenty of room for everyone. The garden is beautiful and the pool was really great. The scenery around the house is very nice and we profited of the restaurants in walking distance and the supermarket (1 in walking distance and a bigger 1 in 4 minutes by car). Summarized: Perfect holidays and we will surely come back.

Spacious House, fantastic view and pool - local city very small, but charming

We enjoyed staying in this wonderfull, charming house. Very clean and with everything you need. Super pool, although it is small, the debt (3 meters?) was amazing and really fun for us and our kids. The house is placed on top of a pizza restaurant, which do result in some noise and smoke during the evening hours. Drive to Loano (3 km away) and enjoy both beach and cosy atmosphere. No aircon
