"The house is smaller than I expected, and the biggest issue is the flat is at 5/F, so we have to carry our luggage to walk the stairs. Parking is easy but it's not free, but not expensive, highly recommend the restaurant downstairs."

No response at all. We couldn’t get a hold of them at all and they had 2 months notice to reach back. So communication was awful they didn’t give us the location until 15 minutes before checkin!
