"At check-in, there was a foreign staff member whose accent was very difficult to understand, although he was speaking Japanese. The room was clean, and the staff were lovely. The food was also good, although I was sad to see that the usual 3-day rotation of different foods at breakfast time had been eliminated."

"Very nice hotel. Room and amenities were really nice. The only reason I don’t give a perfect score, is because they charge more than ¥3,000 for one hour earlier check in, which I have declined. Any hotel with such a policy, will NEVER get a perfect score from me. The whole system just becomes too greedy ! Other than that, great hotel, great dinner buffet and very nice breakfast."

"We got a few days vacation in Naha. Room has lot of space. Staff is friendly, kind and helpful. We enjoyed the inside pool. We did not use the onsen due to too crowded. Breakfast is OK."

"Only stayed one night on arrival in Okinawa before going to OIST, but the room was immaculate and comfortable, and large compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Japan. Location is great, close to the airport, monorail stop, and across the street from a shopping mall. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was fresh and delicious. I would definitely stay there again if in Naha."
