Good location. Highly recommend. The house had everything you needed and was very clean. Great for a winter family getaway and so much to do in Rotorua. Loved it for Matariki weekend.」

「Lisa(Host) was awesome to deal with. Loved the place this main house was located at. Beautiful garden and it’s surrounding. We enjoyed our stay very much and will come back to stay her if we are ever in Rotorua. But, the smell inside the house needs a refresher or odour clean. It’s definitely needs some maintenance as there are some things that’s broken (pool table room), some rooms need a change in carpet or upgrade」

「2A + 1C aged 15 years. The house is spacious and quiet. A bit dated and needs some TLC and athorough clean (carpets need a good vacuum) but perfectly comfortable. The fireplace did a great job of heating the house - we closed the doors to rooms we weren't using to maximise the heat. Like other guests, we too found the gate entrance a tight squeeze - we have an SUV so just needed to take it slow.」
