No cold water in the bathroom, only hot water..... asked to pay for the hot spring entrance but I was not told when booking!

"Expedia said this hotel has laundry service. However, when we ask the hotel staff about where we can use the laundry, they recommend us go to coin laundry shop which need 9-11 mins walk. I think the hotel info provided in Expedia is not accurate."
