如果擬東京市中心住宿來說是十分經濟優惠，附近食嘢買嘢都很方便，但酒店房間很細，隔音非常差，兩邊房間說話及睇電視聲音也聽到，而且街上的聲音也很嘈雜，到凌晨三點後才開始靜下來

飯店首圖是分館(外觀為大橫條） 實際住對面本館(外觀為直式條狀） 房間很小，椅子無法完全拉開得側身坐 能用的插座只有3個，一個在桌底下使用不易 雙人房但只能打開一個29吋行李箱 能走路的空間只夠一人走，其中一人得坐至床上閃避
浴室：坐在馬桶上關上門差不多快頂到門
只能拉開一半的椅子…..

Okay when you only need a place to sleep.
First the positive: the staffs are great and the location is excellent. But the room itself is tiny, if you have a bigger build than me (average asian), You will have difficulties moving around the room, not to mention it would be near impossible to carry more than one luggage and have it open in the room. The sound proofing can be much better, maybe it is hard to do anything when your neighbor keep bumping into the walls just try to walk around. And on my stay, there are so many electronic in the room that outright broken or not working : the phone line isn't connected probably, then tiny fridge didn't work, and the handle of hare drying is broken, at the point I stop touching anything unnecessary, I don't want to know if there more broken things. The staffs have been doing anything within their right to help, I even feel sorry for them have to cover the problems caused by the hardware.

The lack of experience in the hotel this time was too disappointing . For the sake of comfort, I would rather spend more, so I booked a more expensive room with a double bed and a single bed for 2 people. But when I arrived, the hotel room insisted that I only had a double bed only because I only had 2 people staying. I have indicated that my order is for a queen bed and a single bed. If there is only one big bed, I don't need to spend more money to choose. But the hotel insists that if you need a double bed and a single bed, you need to pay more 3300 yen per night. In the end, after negotiating many times and finding another hotel staff to negotiate, the hotel gave in and provided a large bed and a single bed for free. But I have wasted a lot of energy and time. So dissatisfied and complain about your website. Hope you guys can explain why there is an incident and how to avoid it. Otherwise, I will not use your website to book a room again. Thank you for your attention.

離地鐵跟不忍池很近，旁邊就有便利商店，地點方便。房間比較小，櫃檯在另一棟的二樓，有上去的電梯但沒有下樓的，要扛行李。
