A near new hotel with large rooms that were very clean. Staff were very helpful. A 10 min walk to train stations with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. A thoroughly enjoyable stay. Highly recommend this hotel

New hotel in a great location to great food, shopping and attractions. Amazing and helpful staff. Short walk to Ameyoko Market and very close walk to subway stations. A nice neighborhood with a good mix of locals and tourists. There is a 7-11 right next door and a grocery store 5 min walk away. I would definitely stay here again!

I learned the hotel was opened a month before our stay, the whole place was impeccable, from reception to every space in the room. Staff is super friendly, spoke good English and made us feel welcome. If we get the chance to travel to Tokyo this is where we will stay.

Lovely and very clean property a little away from the crowds. Close enough to the trains to get around and only about 1/2 hour away from many of the sights and popular places. Very close to Akihabara so an ideal spot for anime and tech buffs. Has a very clean public bath and sauna, perfect after doing an average of 20,000 steps a day exploring Tokyo. Great way to unwind. Would be happy to stay here again or another Grand Monday property when we head to Japan again next time.

The place is new and impeccable. Great place for families. There is a public bath room inside the building with hot and cold tubs, sauna also. Great for unwinding after a long day of walking. I would definitely recommend and would come again in the future. Has a washing machine in the room which is a extra perk so you don't have to pack heavy. The shower is amazing, water pressure is insanely great!!

아주 공간이 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 방에 1구짜리 인덕션과 전자레인지 그리고 꽤 큰 냉장고까지 구비되어 있어서 아침먹기 좋았습니다. 이층에는 목욕탕이 있어서 저녁시간 여행의 피로를 풀기 좋았습니다. 우에노역에선 도보로 약 13분정도 걸리지만 주변이 조용하고 깨끗합니다. 호텔 바로 옆에는 세븐일레븐이 있습니다. 다음에 도쿄에 가게된다면 다시 투숙할 예정입니다.

We had an absolutely great stay. The staff is extremely helpful and we always received a warm welcome coming back from a busy day of walking and shopping. It is very clean and the amenities were great. We were able to work out and use the public bath and it was included with our stay. The rooms are quite spacious and it was very convenient having laundry in our room. The Grand Monday was walking distance to shopping and great food! Even with the busy shopping area and all the restaurants the area was pretty quiet. Very family friendly. Will absolutely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at GRAND MONday Ueno Okachimachi. The best part was definitely the 2nd floor because it had the gym, sauna, vending machine and public bath all right there together. It was so convenient to finish a workout and go straight into the spa to relax. The front desk is staffed and they are super helpful. Having a washer/dryer and a full fridge made everything so much easier. It’s also in a great spot—super close to the station and within walking distance to the markets and Akihabara. I’d definitely stay here again!

One of the best stays my family and I have had in Tokyo. Every time we went past the reception area we were greeted warmly. The room we stayed at was spacious and the had a washer/dryer that we used a few times during our stay. The room is furnished with a small kitchenette that has a microwave, refrigerator, hot plate and a pan. In the drawers were eating and cooking utensils. The room also had ceramic cups from a city in Japan. The sofa bed was nice and firm. My family slept on the beds and they had no complaints.

Extraordinary!! We booked a room sleeps 4 and we have 2. Super neat and clean place! Brand new for everything, exactly as descibed. Kitchenette well equipped including an induction cooker. Two in one Panasonic washer and dryer. Amazing TOTO toilet with super smart functions. Very conveniently located, 3 to 5 minutes walk to H17 or G15 and yet at nice and quiet neighbourhood. Some windows can be opened to allow fresh air. Staffs are super and helpful. Excellent security with access code both at lobby and hotel room. 7-11 just next door. And supermarket 2 minutes walk around the corner.
