Friendly staff, the automated check-in system is rather counter productive when the staff is 3-feet away and can answer customer questions unlike the machine you are forced to use. Breakfast was good and a lot of different items to select. The rooms were cramped and bedding wasn't very clean as it showed light soiled stains on the outer covers. Clean common areas.

Enjoyable 2 night stay

I enjoyed my stay so much I booked another night before I fly out of Japan. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Room was comfortable and lots of great amenities. Loved breakfast, an interesting combination of Eastern and Western food and lovely juice, tea and latte!
