This hotel was a great place for us to stay due to having easy access metro stations as well as the Tokyo City Terminal where you can catch the airport limo bus. The staff went out of their way to accomodate our needs. It's away from the busy parts of Tokyo so it gets very quiet at night which allows for better rest. There aren't too many restaurant, shopping or nightlife options but there are plenty of convenience stores in the vicinity for necessities and snacks. I recommend this hotel for those that want to wind down in a quieter area after a long day of being in sensory overload.

Good value for money

The hotel is located conveniently close to the Tokyo station, so getting around is easy. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the room was confortable and clean. Very satisfied with my stay there.

Very kind staff. Quickest check-in I've had in Japan. Room was rather spacious by Japanese standards. The beds are typical Japan-style western beds - firm mattress, one small bean pillow, no top sheet, and a duvet. Comfortable enough. Bathroom could use a deep clean. Located in the business district. Near a lot of coffee shops and a 5 minute walk to the subway, so it was easy to get around. My only complaint is that the walls are very thin. We could hear our neighbors early in the morning and late into the night.

Overall okey stay, but there was not possible to open the window. The service was very kind when I asked about a lower pillow, they fixed it instantly, but they never greeted us whenever we came down to the reception or whenever we were out and came back to the hotel. The hotel was very environmentally, but the whole thing where they don’t clean the rooms everyday was not so nice. Didn’t get the hotel feeling.

We stayed for two weeks at this hotel and it was a satisfying experience. Location 5/5 Hotel was in a great place! The station was 5min away, and the TCAT bus terminal was about a 10min walk. There’s a Lawson, 7-11, and Family Mart nearby as well as a small supermarket. The best thing was probably the 24Hr restaurant shop next door to the hotel. So convenient! Service 4/5 Front desk was helpful and spoke some English so checking in was relatively smooth. We stayed in the annex building which was behind the main building. There’s no reception there so if there were any issues we had to go to the front desk at the main building. For room cleaning they changed towels daily but only fully cleaned the rooms every 3 days. Amenities 4/5 The rooms we had in the annex building were newly renovated so everything was relatively new and nice. You can access the building with your room key. The AC was a little hard to operate but they have an instruction sheet in the drawer to help. The pillows are a little strange; they were memory foam but were hard and smaller than we’ve had in other hotels. Took some getting used to. We had windows but there’s no actual view. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would consider booking again! 😊
