A fantastic base to explore Tokyo from. Only 2 stops on the excellent train network to reach Shubiya( 5 mins). Hotel is 5 min walk from the station. Plenty of restaurants in Sangenjaya to choose from. The main street has a smaller town feel to it. Hotel is friendly and comfortable. Rooms are small, but have all amenities.

Hotel worked out great. Grocery store across the street and a lot of other restaurants. Station close by as well. The only real negative is the hotel only has one elevator and having to wait but its not the worse thing.

The hotel was very conveniently located for our needs, the staff was great, many of them could speak a little English, which was very helpful. The rooms looked a little old, but it was clean.
My biggest complaint are the stairs going up to the front desk. It is very steep, and this is the only way to get your luggage up there.
Exiting the hotel with luggage is much easier as you can catch an elevator all the way down to a back exit only, where our taxi picked us up
