Good location, friendly staff, clean environment
First of all, the hotel is located in the neighborhood with easy access to all kinds of things one will need in daily life. Second, the hotel is very close to subway. The hotel staff members are all very friendly. It's good to meet with the Taiwanese staff who assisted me in many ways. I really appreciate her hospitality and kindness. The breakfast is simple but delicious and I enjoyed it every morning. Definitely will come back to stay in this hotel again.

涉谷轉乘田園都市線3個站便到，房間整齊潔淨，設備齊全，樓下有便利店，藥裝店，很多餐廳，特色咖啡店，接待要上一樓梯比較不便，會再入住

值得推薦的酒店
前枱職員態度友善、樂於提供幫助。客房/酒店的整潔度十分滿意。酒店提供的自助式洗衣房服務，十分滿意，是我選擇此酒店的原因之一。酒店位於小區，樓下即有便利商店，而且不到兩分鐘的步程，就有百貨公司(其中超市更24小時營業)，十分方便。酒店附近有很多高水準的食店，其中有兩間餅店更是強烈推薦(一間是傳統的，門口有一個吃雪糕的公仔；一間是新派的，在後街)。有一間吃豬肉的食店，也是強烈推薦的，人情味濃厚。有一間吃鱆魚小丸子的，更是十方美味。由三軒茶屋車站到酒店只有五分鐘的步程，十分方便。

Good Location for transportation and restaurants
Location is very good, only 5 minutes walk from 三軒茶屋 which is only 2 stations apart from 涉谷. Many good quality restaurants can be found nearby. A small and traditional cake shop is strongly recommend. The Carrot Tower is a must-visit building.

位置近地鐵，地下是便利店，對面是24小時大型超市，下一條街是食店巷，可以算是交通便利。 唯一不便是酒店大堂位於一樓，並且無升降機，要客人自已抬行李至大堂；附近之地鐵出口亦無升降機，自已搬行李向上。

Great to stay in Sangenjaya
I was really glad that I chose to stay in Sangenjaya while I was in Tokyo last week. Sangenjaya is a super convenient and safe neighborhood. Many stores are open until late night without being overly crowded and noisy. However, the hotel itself looks somehow wear out (old style interior, very few power oulet in my room) that we thought the hotel was renewed from another old hotel. And the breakfast wasn't as good as other similar hotels that I stayed before in Tokyo. The bread choices are few, no curry rice, no pasta. Otherwise it is a clear and comfortable place to stay. Great view of Sentagaya and awesome coin laundry machine. yay.

酒店大堂設於一樓，由地面上去大堂需要行一條約二十級的樓梯，沒有lift，沒有扶手電梯，攜帶大型行李實是不便。大堂上客房的lift亦很古怪，有兩部，一部只到5樓，另一部才可上6樓以上樓層，繁忙時段真的要有點耐性。為一可讚是Lawson就在樓下。

The hotel is just 2 subway stops from Shibuya. The location is very convenient but very difficult to get to town center in the morning rush hour due to recent reduced train services. But the hotel staff and the breakfast can make up that deficiency.

この度は、大変お世話になりました。 娘の受験の為お世話になったのですが、遠方からの移動の為、東京着が早朝でした。こちらの無理なお願いでチェックインを早めに対応していただき大変助かりました。コーヒーやドーナツのサービスが嬉しかったです。 スタッフの対応が皆さんとてもご親切でした。ありがとうごさいました。
