Great room and comfort, clean.. lots of amenities. But room layout is a bit unusual, no private section around sink and bathroom if stay with friends. Overall is perfect I would come back again for sure.

I had a very early flight into Tokyo, landed at 5am. By the time we got to the hotel at around 7am, it seemed like they cancelled our room for a no show. It took a long time for check in, and I had a very impatient 1 year old that was exhausted from the 12 hour flight. The lady at check in said our king room was gone bc they thought we were a no show. We were moved into a twin room. At this point, we were too exhausted to argue about it. We went into the twin room for the time being. About 15 mins later when we came back from the store, another man approached us and said our king room was ready. Was a lot of back and forth in the beginning but smooth sailing after that.

Lovely room in a very stylish property. Staff were delightful and helpful. Nice bathroom amenities, and everything was absolutely spotless and well-maintained
Only criticism was that due to private parties there wasn’t a lot of option to eat or drink in the hotel, and no room service either

Colazione (non inclusa nel prezzo) in cui non esiste alcun buffet. Occorre ordinare volta per volta quello che vuoi. Non esiste neanche un menù. Servizio lentissimo.
