不满意：清洁度、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
This was our last stop before going home and we were excited to repack our bags and visit this area. Let’s just say, what we booked was not what we got. Let’s start with the day of our arrival, no communication from the host was had, I sent 2 emails directed to Max and 2 messages via Expedia. Finally a response on how to get into the unit, which was met with a pad lock on the door with 2 codes in case 1 didn’t work. Upon entering the unit we noticed it was not at all what we booked, dirty sheets, floors, broken toilet seat (that I repaired), living room heater didn’t work ( I tried troubleshooting and sending a request for someone to look at, however, yet again there was no response from the host). I spent most of my evening fixing and figuring. The pictures in the booking resembled a clean unit with bunks for kids, this is not the case (see pics). We immediately rebooked another hotel ($850+- CAD loss) out of that facility as I was not about to try to communicate with the host. Besides the fact that you could hear someone walking the streets from 3 floors up was unsettling, the place was cold (1 heater worked) and looked as though someone lived there and left in a hurry. I DO NOT recommend this accommodation and if I could, I would recommend that Expedia remove it from their listings.
NOTE: After I made the host aware that we had left the unit, I have yet to hear back from him with an apology, an ounce of remorse or anything. Please avoid this unit.
